Since the first of the year the services I have been receiving from the Swope Northland Clinic have been terrible. Prior to this I was extremely satisfied and referred many family members to the clinic. Getting prescriptions refilled is next to impossible and some meds I've been on for years and still need are now being denied for refills. I had an appointment on and saw a physician assistant. During this visit a new prescription was supposed to be called in for me followed with a telemed conference call to see how the new prescription was doing. The prescription was not called in for me and telemed call not scheduled. On this same visit I asked to have lab work done since I was overdue for it. I was told they would do it next time. I leave numerous messages on the nurse phone number but do not get called back. I've been a patient at this clinic for several years but time to find a new provider.
