Services provided at this facility include: medical, behavorial health, pharmacy, and in addition some special programs.

This location is a local, non-profit, community-owned health care providersthat serves low income and medically underserved communities, and are there to improve access to care for millions of Americans regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. They have uninsured patients complete a 2011 Discount Program Application before time of service. Costs will be determined based on household size and income.

When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
