This is a local, non-profit, community-owned health care providers serving low income and medically underserved communities, and are there to improve access to care for millions of Americans regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. Uninsured patients are asked to complete a 2011 Discount Program Application before services. Their costs will be determined based on household size and income.
