To be seen on the Charitable Clinic side of Davidson Medical Ministries Clinic, a patient must have NO insurance and be a resident of Davidson County.

If your household income is under 100% of the Federal Poverty Level there will be a $15 administrative fee for medical and dental visits.
If your household income is between 101-200% of the Federal Poverty Level, there will be a sliding scale fee.  You will be asked to pay the $15 administrative fee when you arrive and you will be billed for the percent of the total cost of your bill.

Hours

Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. The office will be closed for lunch from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
