Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center offers primary, preventive and behavioral health care services to children and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness,  uninsured, under-insured, or low income, is not free, we offer a sliding scale fee for self-pay patients, and accept Medicaid and Medicare, along with most insurances.

    Blood pressure screenings
    Health promotion & health maintenance
    Stop smoking programs
    Illness diagnosis & treatment of minor illness (cough, pain, cuts, flu/cold)
    Management of chronic stable conditions (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure)
    Blood sugar checks for diabetes
    Cholesterol screening
    Mental health care (mood swings/depression)

Hours:

Monday and Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday:  8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
