Located in Trenton’s East Ward, directly across the street from Trenton Central High School, our Chambers Street location recently experienced a grand renovation! Funded by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, this capital project allowed us to install an elevator and re-format the second floor for medical use, greatly expanding our “usable” space for patient convenience and service.

Now Austin at Chamber’s Street offers adult medicine, pediatrics, back-to-school immunizations and physicals, OB/GYN care, and HIV Counseling and Testing in expanded hours.

The center is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Henry J. Austin Health Center, Inc. (HJAHC) is located in Trenton, New Jersey. Established in 1969 as Trenton's Neighborhood Health Center, HJAHC was incorporated in 1986 as a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) entity. The mission of Henry J. Austin Health Center is to provide quality, community-based, affordable, accessible primary health care services in a culturally sensitive manner with respect and dignity.
