Medical Services: Primary Medical, Behavioral Health, Teen Clinic/Family Planning, Cardiology, Pharmacy, Specialty Referrals, Lab, Health Education, Women's Health
Dental Services: A significant number of fillings and extractions, comprehensive oral exams and cleanings.
Payment: we make every effort to help our patients get help paying for their health care. Patients with private insurance can also apply for help to cover high deductibles. We offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income. Our lowest fee is $20 per visit plus lab costs.

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
