Each Community Health Nursing Services Clinic provides many free or low-cost healthcare services to residents of all ages and incomes, including: Family Planning, Education, Counseling and Treatment; Health Education; Cancer Screening; Immunizations; Well-Child Examinations and Healthy Kid Screenings; Sexually Transmitted Disease Education and Counseling; HIV/AIDS Counseling, Education and Testing; Communicable Disease Investigation; Tuberculosis Screening and Education; School Health Promotion and Education; and Children's Special Health Care Needs referrals.

ONE of the reasons she is dead is because of your SUPPOSED health care system. For 2 years she had been complaining of tightness in her chest, trouble breathing and lack of energy and one of your Dr. (FLAT OUT) said "Elizabeth your are just getting old and you will hurt" She died of a Heart Attack. Of 3 arteries one had completely disappeared, 1 was partially block and the 3rd doing 1/2 way OK.
