Services: Family medicine, women's health, preventative health,  children's health and immunizations, health education, prenatal and newborn care, pharmacy services. 

They accept most private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Women's Health Connection and Nevada Check-Up and a sliding fee schedule for low-income patients who do not have insurance is available. Providing identification and income information is needed to enroll in the sliding fee program.
