All youth at CHNY are provided with access to comprehensive medical care at CHNY's on-site, full-service Health and Wellness Center.

Services are offered at no cost or on a sliding-scale basis to anyone regardless of age, socio-economic status, race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, physical ability, or language.

Services include pediatric and adult primary care, gynecological care, pre- and post-natal care, STD and HIV screening, mental health care, case management, health education, drug awareness and education, and substance abuse assessments.
