My problem is that I applied for sliding scale dental treatment, had fillings done and my paperwork was lost when I had info faxed to grants pass from cave junction. I was told to resubmit info but I came to Europe the next day as my mother is sick and had no time to do that. I do not want that bill to go to collections as that was your mistake. I talked to Crissy in accounts. Tony BiggintonAnonymous on Saturday, September 1, 2018( 0 votes )
