The MHS/HLC School Based Health Center is designed to provide preventative and primary health services to student of the Coos Bay School District program.
Who Can receive services?
Any person enrolled in Coos Bay School District is eligible to receive care, provided parents have given their consent.
What do the services cost?
Waterfall Community Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides medical, mental health and dental care. Waterfall can bill many health insurances for the services provided. Additionally, for people without insurance, fees for services provided are computed using a sliding scale based on the family income and linked to the federal poverty guidelines. No person will be denied services due to the inability to pay.
