This location is a 5,000 square foot facility which is attached to a 17 bed rural hospital with services including: Family Medicine, Podiatry, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Cardiac Rehab, Behavioral Health, Telemedicine Specialties Available Our Sliding Fee Program offers reduced prices on office visits and all other services provided in the clinic to all individuals and families who qualify.
