No health insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance.Household income within Georgia DPH guidelines.Residence in Whitfield or Murray County, Ga.Must complete an Eligibility InterviewHours:
Monday: 9 am to noon, 1 to 8 pmTuesday: 8 am to noon, 1 to 5 pmWednesday: 8 am to noon, 1 to 5 pmThursday: 8 am to noon, 1 to 8 pmFriday, Saturday, Sunday: Closed
