*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Have you visited Mountain City Extended Hours Health Center before? Let our users know, some cost details!
I have been to this clinic.I have diabetes. I needed medical care. This clinic was not free. I paid full price. The staff was friendly. I waited less than 1 hour Staff do not return phone messages. It takes a lengthy amount to contact either a recorded message and rarely a real person. Prescriptions and refills are not processed/ordered in expected time. I am a high functioning health professional seeking the same service from staff I was told that I needed 2 vaccine months ago. The NP did not mention then during subsequent visits. So I called today to have the vaccines ready for the upcoming visit.surprisingly I was told, curtly, today that this was not true. That a prescription was necessary. These vaccines are not available at this clinic. So with a compromised medical diagnosis I have been under treated for months now. Time spent that cannot be recovered. Need more staff for competency? But the bullet and hire then. Need quality improvement? Initiate it. The public at large and each individual's health lies in the level provided (?) here. Federal problem solving will be warranted if no or minimum improvement is realizeed
