This health clinics mission is to reduce the number of medically disenfranchised people in Middle Tennessee by expanding primary healthcare homes and prevention programs for the medically underserved. This health clinic will accomplish this by providing high quality, comprehensive and affordable primary healthcare that is coordinated, culturally and linguistically competent and community directed; in which it is cost effective and affordable with sliding scale fees.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

Hernia un-diagnosed for 25 years has always been the problem. Lost 70lbs. since last year but gained 10lbs back since March and the slight return to former body type caused inguinal rings to expand in just the most compromising way for the pre-existing probable hernia.
