I am 27 years old and I'm having issues my asthma and I'm also having issues with my heart I need you to follow up with a cardiologist. I work very long hours I have a husband and a child 2 support any help that you could give out really appreciate it. I also have a lot of dental issues so possibly getting help through that.

Interfaith Clinic had a Dr. Thomas, who was giving me shots in my knees, she has taken off for the next several months. Need help with the pain issues. She diagnosed both knees needing replacement. I have a disability claim due to having a final hearing in June, also wanted to get a disability placard.
