Monday - 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm by appointment

Tuesday - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm walk-in

Eligibility:

Reside in Powhatan County
Between 19 and 64 years of age;  65 or older for dental services
Have no insurance. (For dental services, you can have Medicare or Medicaid), still must meet the eligibility criteria for medical services
Have insurance but are unable to afford deductibles or co-pays
Meet a certain income level (250% or below the federal poverty level)

Medical Clinic Hours

Monday - 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Thursday - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Dental Clinic Hours
 (by appointment only )
Monday - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Thursday - 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Friday - 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Behavioral Health Hours
 (by appointment only* )
Monday - 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Wednesday - 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Thursday - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
