Service description:Services include care for medical problems either new or pre-existing, dental care, patient education and information on health problems, and referrals to other community agencies as indicated. Available for those who are uninsured, underinsured, or have other barriers to medical care. The clinic does not accept DCF emergency dental vouchers.
Eligibility:Patients with illness, injury or dental needs who have modest or no means and no health insurance or no dental insurance. Referrals are preferred.
Service hours:Tuesday: 5:30pm-7:00pm
