Been seen at ER twice need work up with cardiologist but have no insurance

I arrived as an immigrant in April 2018. I have just began working in a retail store, and so I do not have health insurance coverage as of this time. My husband is working as an employee in another retail company. The health insurance provided by his employer does not include me.
