I am currently being prescribed Duloxetine. I am insured in AZ but my prescription is going to run out next month. My doctor is no longer with my insurance company. What I am looking for is an alternative to flying back to Phoenix to see a doctor there. The next time I will be back in Phoenix is around the New Year.
