New Heights Clinic is a free clinic that serves people with medical and dental needs who are unable to obtain care because they have no medical or dental insurance and have real difficulty paying for care. Patients are seen by appointment only.

Medical Services Offered:

 Primary Care for chronic medical issues

 Blood Tests (Done off Site)

 Gynecology paps / breast exams

 Referrals to specialist through Project Access

 New Heights Clinic is Unable to See Patients for:

 Immunizations

 Narcotic Prescriptions

 Prenatal Care

 Urgent Needs

 TB Tests

 Physicals for: Workmans Comp, Department of Transportation, Employment, School, SSI, or Disability.

Dental Services Offered:

 Fillings

 Basic extractions

 Simple root canals (front teeth)

 Dentures, crowns, and cleanings are not available.

Medical Clinic Hours:

 Monday - Thursday, 9:00 - 11:00 am & 1:00 - 4:00 pm.

 Thursday evening, 7:00 - 9:00 pm.


Dental Clinic Hours:

 Mondays, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm, 1:00 - 5:00 pm.

 Wednesday Friday, Call for hours

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
