Heart Mountain Volunteer Medical Clinic (HMVMC) is a volunteer-staffed medical clinic providing free outpatient primary care to patients who live or work in the Big Horn Basin of Wyoming, have no health insurance of any type, and who have a total household income under 200% of federal poverty guidelines (for example, under $23,760 for an individual or $48,600 for a family of 4).
The clinic provides services for:
Outpatient non-emergency primary medical care
Basic lab and x-ray diagnostic studies
Medications at no cost to patients
Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, hypertension)
Wellness & health education
Patient referrals to specialized services
The clinic is held every Thursday evening from 6pm until finished, at West Park Hospital, Surgical Services entrance, 707 Sheridan Ave., Cody WY.
