Legacy is a full-service, Community Health Center that provides comprehensive, primary healthcare services in a culturally sensitive, judgement-free and confidential environment. Through the new partnership Ubi Caritas will provide health education and medical referrals through an expanded Community Health Education program while Legacy takes over the management of the medical services.

Legacy is a full-service, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that identifies unmet needs and gaps in health-related services and develops client-centered programs to address those needs. A United Way-affiliated agency since 1990, they currently provide primary care, dental care, vision services, behavioral health services for adults and children, family planning, health promotion and community outreach, wellness and nutrition, and comprehensive HIV/AIDS care.

*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    something is wrong with my knee. im I'm constant pain. it stems from stroke like symptoms I went to the er for about a yr and a half ago that imoactrf my left said. they said there was no brain damage. but I walk funny and my mom affected knee is in chronic pain.
