Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems

Free clinic serving the uninsured with non-urgent primary care appointments.
The CCVIM office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, but we close each day for lunch from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.Â Since our doctors volunteer, we are not able to take walk-ins.Â We see patients by appointment only, with morning and evening hours to accommodate the patients' work schedules.Â If the door is locked, we are not open.Â Please go to the nearest Emergency Room, or Careworks Walk-In Clinic for treatment, or dial 911 for help.

Monday: 9 AM - 11 AM
Wednesday: 9 AM - 11 AM
Thursday: 6 PM - 9 PM
Service patients in Pennsylvania from Columbia County and lower Luzerne County, patients 18 to 65 years of age to avoid duplication of eligibility for Pennsylvania's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) for under age 18, and Medicare programs for those over 65.
They do NOT prescribe any narcotics at the clinic.
