Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems
This clinic operates under a SLIDING SCALE model. This means that it MAY NOT be free depending on your income. Eligibility guidelines for Macon Volunteer Clinic include:

Â Â Â * Live in Bibb County
Â Â Â * Be between the ages of 18-64
Â Â Â * Must be uninsured (no Medicaid, no Medicare, no ï¿½clinic card' and no private or employer provided health insurance or VA benefits

- Dental Cleanings and Extractions
- Eye Exams and Prescription Eyeglasses
- Non-narcotic Prescription Medication Assistance
- Cancer Screenings (such as Mammograms, PAP Smears and Colonoscopies)
- Laboratory Analyses
- Diagnostic Services
- Dietary Counseling
- Mental Health Counseling
- Outpatient Surgery
- Dermatology Services
