Good Samaritan Clinic offers many crucial medical services to their beneficiaries that are all free of charge. They see adult patients only and they must be a Santa Rosa County resident, not having medical insurance, and not being more than 150 percent over the poverty level. Screenings take place 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mondays, and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays, and residents are welcome to call 934-0064 with any questions they may have. After financial and medical screening, patients with dental needs are placed on a waiting list. They are then appointed for a Tuesday night, between 4:30pm and 8:30pm at 5840 Gulf Breeze Hwy Gulf Breeze Florida 32563 (the Santa Rosa Health Dept. dental clinic for Medicaid CHILDREN only during the day; please note this is not the same address as the medical clinic where screening occurs) where volunteer dentists perform extractions and restorations.
