HealthWorks for Northern Virginia is a Community Health Center whose goal is to provide comprehensive, quality primary health care as well as dental care and behavioral health services, at an affordable price for all members of the community. HealthWorks for Northern Virginia accepts all major insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. The organization also has a Sliding Fee Program for low- income patients who quality. A discount on normal fees is offered based on a patient's household income and size. There are payment plans for all, whether they have insurance or not. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

- Confusion
- Trouble staying awake
- Blue lips or face
