Eligibility    
Services available to anyone over the age of 12.
Cost    
-  All services are provided on a sliding fee scale of $15 to $180 based on
   income.
-  Insurance will be billed for services rendered.
-  Viral Herpes testing is available for an additional fee of $65.
-  Payment is required at time of service.

• Hepatitis A Vaccine
• Hepatitis B Vaccine
• Rapid HIV Blood Test
