Friend Family operates six service delivery sites and serves over 30,000 patients on an annual basis. Friend Family is also recognized as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. All patients are welcome at Friend Family Health Center regardless of their ability to pay. Friend Family accept Medicaid managed care health plans made available through the Affordable Care Act, Medicare, and commercial insurance. Friend Family also offers a sliding fee discount program for individuals who are uninsured and not eligible for any other type of insurance coverage. Eligibility is based on household size and annual income.
