St. Anne's Free Medical Program provide high-quality healthcare services to the uninsured and underinsured of Central Massachusetts, individuals and families without adequate access to healthcare in the greater Worcester community.
St. Anne's Church in the adjacent Fr. Smith Center, offers urgent care services to uninsured patients of all ages.

In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

I'm retired, basic Medicare & part D. I just turned 70.
I have used St. Annís clinic and I canít say enough good things about it!! I couldnít get an appointment with my Dr it was to late when I called! I luckily was able to get to St Annís!! Itís such a great service for the community!! Sometimes a long wait. I just make sure I am there early, or bring a book or magazine and some water. Would highly recommend this!!
