At this clinic uninsured, under-insured and low-income patients, CCI are offered a sliding fee scale and help in accessing state and federal assistance programs.

 

Services: Well-care for children and adults, Acute and chronic care, including HIV, gynecology and preventive services, Routine immunizations, Family planning health care and counseling, Diabetes education and nutrition counseling in English and Spanish, Behavioral health counseling for children, adults and families, Flu shots, Referrals to medical specialists and followup, Primary care labs, WIC, Mental Health
