Traverse Health Clinic is a Community Health Center offering primary care for children, adults, and seniors, as well as counseling services for ages 12 +.

Payments:

While not a free clinic, Traverse Health Clinic does accept Medicare, Medicaid, all local Healthy Michigan Plans, as well as most private insurance plans, and offers a sliding fee scale based on family income for those without insurance or whose insurance requires large deductibles or copays.
