Those patients who are covered by commercial health insurance (e.g., Blue Cross/Blue Shield) must pay 100% of the charges not covered by their insurance. The patients who are non-disabled working-age patients must pay minimum fees in cash/debit card at the time services are rendered. Does not send out monthly bills.

Uninsured patients must rely on the drug manufacturers' assistance programs for limited in-kind support (i.e., donated medications). Left to fend for themselves, the majority of patients would simply not obtain and maintain the public/private benefits for which they may be eligible. To help patients navigate these complex programs, they employ Benefits Specialists.

Benefits Eligibility Assistance services can be accessed ONLY if you are an established medical/dental/behavioral health patient of theirs.

I used this clinic for many years. I was being treated for a chronic pain condition, and was given low dose narcotic pain meds. Then, after giving them to me for several years, the doctor read a study that said that narcotic pain meds didn't work for my type of pain. She cut me off with not chance of wtapering or anything. . I told her that they DID help, and that I was able to work and function with the meds, without ever needing an increase or stronger med. I only used them when I truly needed them. But no, her study was right and I was wrong, despite the fact that I was getting immense help with them. . This thing of taking away pain meds from compliant chronic pain patients because of someone else's addiction is tantamount to state sponsored torture.
