A psychosocial rehabilitative program which specializes in community integration. The goal there is to assist mental health patients with achieving their optimal level of functioning while leading successful productive lives in their community.

Clients with serious and persistent mental illness are the people that they serve.

Major insurances, as well as Medicare and Medicaid are taken there, and there is staff available to discuss payment plans for clients and their families.
