The clinic, originally opened in June, 1994, and serves people of all ages. Their Doctor, and Nurse Practitioner provide your entire family with comprehensive primary health care services including women's health and OB.

Their Moravia Health Center also is home to their Diabetes Collaborative.

This clinic accepts private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare; and they also offer a sliding fee for those who qualify. In addition, this clinic will assist in enrollment in Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus.
