Their doors open at 10:00 am for the TB Skin Testing Program. The TB Skin Testing Program is walk-in only; they do not have scheduled appointments. Services are offered from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and are offered on a "first come first served" basis. TB Skin Tests are then read on the immediately following Thursday between 2:30 pm and 5:00 pm. The cost of a TB Skin Test is an $8.00 cash donation. They do not serve individuals under age 18.
During the Free Care Program, they offer free physician care and free social services care. They also offer work and/or school physicals during the Free Care Program. Bring the work and/or school physical form that needs to be completed. The Free Care Program is walk-in only and doors open at 2:00 pm to begin sign-ins. They do not have scheduled appointments. Their services are offered on a "first come first served" basis. They accept patients until they reach their capacity. It is recommended that patients arrive when the doors first open. There is no cost to be seen during the Free Care Program. They do not serve individuals under age 18.
Please note - because they are "first come first served" and do not have scheduled appointments, you may have to wait for some time before being seen by a doctor. Please plan on spending a couple of hours at the clinic during the Free Care Program.
Since this is a sliding fee scale clinic, we have provided the Federal Poverty Guidelines below. Visit the Helping Hands Health & Wellness Center website listed above to see what the level is needed for free care.
