Sayre Health Center is a full-service, primary care health facility located at the back of Sayre High School at 59th and Locust streets.  The center has been serving the needs of residents of West Philadelphia since the summer of 2006.

They welcome all patients regardless of one's ability to pay.  They charge based on a sliding scale.
