Clinic Hours: 

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM-5 PM 
• Tuesday, Thursday: 11:30 AM-8 PM

Express Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8 AM 8 PM (last appointment at 7:15 p.m.)
• Saturday and Sunday: 9 AM - 5 PM

PCHC accepts most major insurances, Medicare, and Medicaid.

If you are uninsured, they offer a sliding fee based on family size and family income. Please bring proof of income in order to apply for the sliding fee scale.
