Eligibility, Must be:
    Between the ages of 19 and 64?
    A resident of Kershaw County?
    Without any health insurance (including Medicaid)?
    Living at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level

While not a health care facility,  AccessKershaw functions as a link between the uninsured and local health professionals.
