The Centers are comprehensive, multi-specialty primary care facilities offering affordable, accessible, high-quality medical.

Dental, General Adult Care, Pediatrics, Laboratory, X-Ray, Diabetes and Hypertension Counseling, Insurance Counseling, Pharmacy, WIC, and Behavioral Health


Financial assistance and charity care are available to patients that apply and qualify. If you need help filling out the application, contact one of the financial counselors at 423-778-5150. In addition to helping with charity care, financial counselors are here to help you figure out if you can get TennCare or Medicaid, and how to pay for your care. If you don't qualify for financial assistance, they allow some patients to make payments on a monthly basis.

I went to an Urgent Care last Sunday and was told I have pleurisy. I was given medicine and told if I wasn't better in a week to come back. I called to make an appointment and they told me to go to the ER. I don't want to do that, I would like to see a doctor.
