The Troup Cares Free Clinic provides a large range of services to their patients, including:

• Care Management / Patient Education
• Prescription Assistance Plan

Clinic hours: Mon- Thurs 8:30am - 12:00pm and 1:30pm - 5:00pm

Requirements:

• Troup County Resident (6 months)
• Employed for at least 30 consecutive days
• Employed within the last 6 months
• Drawing unemployment
• Between the ages of 19-64
• No Health Care Coverage Available
• At or Below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
• USA Citizen or in Country with Valid Visa or Permit
• Valid Identificaiton
• Verification of Income
