For those with no health insurance who do not qualify for any other
programs or assistance, CHSA offers a sliding fee schedule based on
Federal Poverty Level (FPL), family size and income. Our health center
staff members can help you decide on the payment plan most appropriate
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Private Insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, Medicare (where applicable), Medicaid-on-hold for patients 2 years and under, Cash, and Uninsured assistance available based on family size and income (a sliding fee).

These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get legal aid from some offices, they use a sliding fee scale. When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.
