Physical exams Immunizations and flu shots GYN Well-child checkups Breast exams and pap smears Family Planning Acute care Chronic disease management (diabetes, asthma, CHF) Smoking cessation Testing and treatment for tuberculosis, hepatitis, HIV, and other diseases GA-U Coordination Insurance guidance and support Referrals to specialty care Laboratory services and testing 24-hour nurse advice line, on-call, toll-free Providers on-call for after-hour needs Minor procedures: intrauterine device placement, skin biopsy, sutures, etc.Dental Services:
Oral exams Oral screenings for infants and young children Oral health education and training to foster good oral hygiene Preventive services for children, including x-rays, cleanings, sealants and fluoride treatments Adult emergency dental care Regular appointments for adult routine and preventive dental care, including x-rays, restorations ("fillings"), scaling, composites, extractions Consultations for crowns, bridges and denturesSea Mar provides sliding fee scale discounts for eligible patients, dependent on household size and annual income. To apply for sliding fee scale discounts, please bring proof of your annual household income to your visit.
