Contact your healthcare provider by phone before coming to a clinic or hospital if you meet the following criteria:
Symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, fatigue, headache, muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose.
Contact with someone with confirmed COVID-19 within 14 days of onset of systems

About PACS Family Health Center

Serves low income residents of Multnomah County who live: E of 82nd; W of 242nd; S of I-84; N of Powell.
Uninsured only. Primary care, chronic and acute care, & vaccines. 2 - 6 week wait time for new patients. $20 per visit. Weekday mornings. Closed holidays.

The clinic sees patients by appointment only. If you are not already a patient, call 503.252.4589 to find out if we have any openings for new patients. Current patients can call the same number to schedule an appointment.

Pneumonia, fluid in ears and blood in right ear, off color mucus, off color semen, constant caugh, fever comes and goes. Symptoms have been ongoing for at least 6 weeks.
