To be eligible to become a patient at VIM:
    Be employed with a household income within 200% of the annually published Federal Poverty Guidelines
    Not have private health insurance
    Not have federally-funded insurance such as medical assistance
    Live or work in Luzerne County, PA.

The clinic also offers offers many other services off-site at specialty providers' private offices including eye care, physical therapy, orthopedic, urology, surgical referrals, pain management and podiatry.
