Our programs are available on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. Regardless of your income, insurance status or ability to pay, we will work with you to help you get the care you need. Call 925-462-1755 to schedule an enrollment appointment.
Our medical team consists of licensed, board-certified family practitioners, internists, pediatricians and nurse practitioners. We provide comprehensive medical care for every member of the family, from newborns to seniors. Friday - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
2nd Saturday of each month - 8:45 am to 1:00 pm
