Non Clinical Services: Counseling/Assessment, Referral,Health Education, Eligibility Assistance, Follow - up / Discharge Planning, Outreach

This facility accepts most insurance including Medicare and Medicaid, and offer our patients a discount sliding fee program based on household income and size.
