Aunt Marthas Health Center at Little City, is the only clinic in Chicagoland to combine the elements of a Primary Care Medical Home and a Dental Home in a model designed specifically to respond to the unique needs individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

    Family Medicine
    Immunizations
    Management of chronic conditions (such as diabetes and high blood pressure)
    Pediatrics
    Preventive care and screenings
    Well-child care
    Specialty referrals and care coordination

Preventive oral health care:
    Cleaning
    Fillings
    Sealants
    Fluoride treatments
    Extractions
    X-Rays
    Dental hygiene education
    Routine check-ups & exams
    Root canals (limited)
    Specialty referrals and care coordination
