Matthew 25 is the only full-time clinic in Allen County offering free medical, dental, vision and hearing services all under one roof.
The clinic asks patients for a $5.00 copay for a medical visit; $10.00 copay for a dental visit.

In keeping with the Gospel, Matthew 25 Health and Dental Clinic is dedicated to caring for people in need.

The clinic doors open at 8:15 AM. The clinic is closed from Noon-12:30.
Dental Walk-In Clinic subject to availability of providers.
The Med Room schedule is based on the morning medical clinic schedule and can vary day to day.

By The Gospel, Matthew 25 Health And Dental Clinic Fills A Critical Need In Our Community, Providing Free Medical, Dental, And Vision Services To Uninsured, Low-Income Residents Of Northeast Indiana And Northwest Ohio.

For Households with more than 8 persons, add $4,480 for each additional person.
*Alaska and Hawaii have different rates for HUD federal poverty guidelines.
These numbers above represent 100% of the Federal Poverty Rate. In order to get reduced or free services from some clinics, they use a sliding fee scale based on your income.When they use a sliding fee scale, the 100% rate can be different than 100%. In those cases, using for example a 200% federal poverty level, you will only need double the 100% number listed above to 200%.

    I have personally years ago but my fiance with the dental issue has not that's why I recommended him to Matthew 25. I received immediate dental work and everyone was so nice and great to me and my dental needs.     Yes. I badly needed a tooth pulled as I had been in pain for a month. The dentist I saw at Matthew 25 was just wonderful, and I got the tooth pulled that same day!
